I was constantly followed and spoken with while trying to purchase wigs! She talked to me so much that I purchased two wigs with the side part on the wrong side! She had me frustrated and discombobulated! When I got home, I realized they were wrong, without having opened them! I immediately went back and he said no exchanges! I understand health issues, but the tags were still attached and the purchase was within forty minutes! Alex in Anniston, wouldn’t have given a refund, but he definitely would have exchanged the wigs! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store, especially for my daughter! He didn’t even attempt to understand the situation! I was immediately dismissed! I will respect their policies by not returning!

They have every thing!!!! Prices are reasonable

The owner's wife followed my mother who is a nurse my aunt who was in her scrubs and me a US Soldier around the store and we could not shop in peace. We did not have a purse with us or big coats and yet we could not shop in peace.
