They burned my friend's scalp, to point of having blisters and having to go to the doctor. She complained and told them something was wrong, they simply continued to work as if nothing was wrong. Then when confronted about it they lied and got defensive, which if you ask me its not professional to yell at your clients when they are making a complaint. They denied bleaching her hair and tried to blame her for the burns. During all of this my friend also finds out that someone that works there doesn't even have a license! They refused to do the responsible thing and give them a refund. Places like this disgust me, and should not be allowed to do ANYONE'S hair. Please go to an actual professional salon and ask to see their license. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
