I really wanted to have a good experience, but this appointment was disappointing on multiple levels. The final result didn’t reflect the price — my hair looked over-processed, uneven, and styled the exact same way she seems to do for everyone, instead of something tailored to me. I left feeling unsatisfied and like very little care went into the service. The atmosphere also didn’t feel professional. There was constant conversation about her MLM business, exaggerated product claims, and personal topics that had nothing to do with the service.
