Diamond is a very good stylist but She can have that 1 star but her Mannerisms are very poor and unprofessional. She will change or cancel your appointment time without even consulting with you the client first. The last appointment I scheduled with her was a hair emergency and at the time I felt like she was the best one for the job and she would do me right, Tuh she canceled it because she said she didn’t want to be bothered with my head anymore.. Wow!! as if she wasn’t going to be getting paid for her services. She wouldn’t even bother to offer any tips and or advice on how to solve my hair issue or how to properly Maintance my hair in between visits. I asked her what should I do to care for my hair? Her response was I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♀️ SMH really!?!?!? She has absolutely no loyalty o

I just love Pooh. I have been getting my hair done by her since 2014 when she took me late night (and it was an emergency). That was before she employed herself. Always do exactly what I want. Good Netflix n chill time.
