I had a very unpleasant experience during my pedicure appointment. The owner, Kat, was doing my hands while one of her employees worked on my toes. Throughout the service, Kat repeatedly rolled her eyes at the employee, which created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. I didn’t feel that my needs were being addressed, and the overall experience felt awkward and unprofessional.

What an amazing experience. amparoto and yitza welcomed and treated me like a queen, loved yhe attention and the amazing pedicure snd nail set! Thank you the Rio Grande Valley definitely need a Spa as this one! Again thank you

The service was fantastic. I was warmly greeted with smiles and felt very welcomed. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. I’m thrilled with my nails—they’re almond-shaped and a warm pink color, if I’m not mistaken. 10/10

Great service, my daughter and i went to do our nails and the girls janet and kathy were very friendly and professional, they made us feel very comfortable (it was our first time going there),they did an excellent job and we loved our nails. We will definitely go with them from now on.

As I recently reviewed on YELP, this salon was absolutely a dissatisfying and painful experience. I felt disrespected as I waited over 30 minutes for any human contact as I soaked. I had to ask the receptionist to file me as my scheduled technician never showed up to either greet me or assist me. I had to ask several times for help. My tech showed up for my service 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no apology. My Iill-shaped nails looked satisfactory for about 7 days before they began to lift and crack. I can usually go 21 days between servicing. But not at Diamond Spa. What a waste of my money and time. I was a loyal Diamond Spa customer and fan before it shut down for Covid.
