This WAS my go to massage place until my horrible experience today.I came for my usual 90 minutes and got a new masseuse. She was very rough and when I told her to please go lighter she said ok but continued to do the same thing.She never once massaged my legs or feet like the others do or what a “ full body massage” entails.She stopped prior to the 90 minutes and walked out and said “all done”.When I got dressed and was asked if I was feeling good and I told them no. I stated it was too hard and that it was the worst massage I’d ever had from there. They apologized and told me they would reduce the costs however they still charged me the normal $90 when I checked my bank. I am not the one to make a scene so I just paid it and told myself I would never come here again. A few moments later

Massage was really good. I like the oil they use. Got the full massage. Masseuse never walked out for longer than a few seconds during massage.

I’ve been a regular at Diamond Spa for the last year. Each therapist has their own technique so massage varies from visit to visit but I’ve enjoyed them all. Facility is clean and staff is great! Very friendly and professional.
