This review is for the permit parking area, I've never used the pay to park lot. The ticket guy will write you a ticket and place it on your windshield, right below the permit hanging from the rearview mirror (where the permit says to hang it). The guy in the office will argue with you about the validity of the ticket. I think the whole permit Parking is a scam. They sell more permits then spots, so you're not even guaranteed a spot, and you're not even guaranteed to not get a ticket after buying the permit. I recommend going anywhere else for permit parking. Diamond parking is a scam.

This is the absolute worst parking company. I get a parking pass every month because their parking lot is around my house and this company is scammers. I went to pay a ticket and the late fee was already added on when it wasn’t even past the 15 days. When you go into the office to talk to the guy on 6th street and he’s rude as hell. He refuses to say his people made a mistake on ticketing your car. I once got a ticket for not having a pass when my parking pass was very visible on my dashboard. I went into Diamond parking on 6th street in Bremerton and was basically called a liar. He said his people know what they’re doing. Well clearly they don’t. They give out these ridiculous tickets. Warning to anyone parking here, do not go over your time limit at all! It’s an awful company if they intentionally wait until your parking expires in order to ticket you $50+. I was in the spot an extra 5 mins past my paid for timeframe, diamond parking ticketed me 1 min after my 10 hr pass expired.

It's not just good, it's good enough. Poor maintenance, broken parking machines, and complicated refund requirements when you get double charged for the same parking spot.

Bainbridge ferry lot. I was unable to get two different credit cards to work in two different machines, all transactions denied. I used one card right after the incident at commuter comforts and it worked fine. Then they give me a ticket for $50+ for non pre payment. I think this is a scam to bring in bigger revenues. Don't trust this lot. I have left three messages on their answering machine, no replies. SCAM lot
