I’m rating Amy. Giving her 5 stars. Today was my 4th visit to this establishment. The prior 3 visits I left unsatisfied. Being a registered nurse and business owner I know the importance of being HEARD as a customer. Amy heard me today. And I’m so grateful. I was there yesterday for a fill in and the technician laughed when I wanted to dry a bit more. He was rude to put it plainly. Amy did an amazing job on my feet. Her peaceful persona is what drew me. She is kind and respectful and very pleasant. I’ve already made my next appointment with her. My new nail tech❤️🙏🏽

There is zero ventilation in here! You literally are choking on nail polish fumes. They took my daughter and I all the way to the very back where there was 2 chairs. There was one man there who spoke English and sat us. After that, we had to point to a menu for what we wanted. I asked for red nails with snowflakes on my big toe. Instead, I got French tips and an infected toe! If I could give negative ratings, I would!!! I also paid for the most expensive pedicure because I needed a foot massage. It was not by any means a foot massage. The hot stones were not hot at all. The scrub they used was painful. The whole experience was horrible and now I’m headed to the ER for an infected toe!

I have been going here for several years and cannot recommend them highly enough! From manicures & pedicures to eyebrows, they are outstanding - and their prices are good too. If I had any problems or concerns with a manicure or pedicure, I went back within a few days and they would correct things to my satisfaction at no charge. Love this salon!!

Listen fast efficient and price is so fire they don't scam they work hard and fast and neat nails amazing.

I showed up at 10:30 AM on a Sunday — BEFORE they opened — and two people were already waiting for the same nail tech for full services. Mind you, He’s not allowed to book appointments. I signed my name on the list, then stepped out briefly. When I came back I was told to go to the bottom of the list. No adult should have to sit for HOURS just to get their nails done. The waiting system is ridiculous and disrespectful of people’s time. If you don’t get one of the few good nail techs, you WILL leave unsatisfied. And the lead nail Mike is extremely rude and disrespectful. One day, somebody’s gonna put hands on him.
