Diamond Nails & Spa

I originally had my nails done on May 19. Simple acrylic with French manicure. Did a pedicure as well. Tayler, who serviced me, did not provide good customer service. She was not welcoming she not once smiled, And even when I tried to have a conversation and bring up topics she either did not answer or made it seem like she did not hear me. She did my nails pretty quickly, And I notice she barely put product on my nails. I did Express to her that my nails would lift or break easy if there's not enough product on my nails. But another thing she ignored me about. I spent ninety five dollars that day. And It was no shocker that 4 days later, my nail starts to lift. I asked for pink and white and that is not what I got. The acrylic was also layed too thin and the nails started breaking off 3 days later like I had press ons instead of an acrylic set. This is really upsetting as I was charged $55 for pink and white when no pink and white acrylic was used. The guy painted pink gel and white gel over regular acrylic. The only reason not a 1 star is because the lady who painted my toes did a good job.

Great service! I took my daughter to get her nails done and she loved it! They are so nice that I ended up doing my pedicure and also wax on my daughter's eyebrows. Loved the fact that he discussed the prices with me, demonstrating that my needs are first.

Nancy and the other girls did a fantastic job on my nails, very patient not in a rush really took their time! Very unprofessional attitude towards my mother and I will not be coming back. The color she picked was not the same as the application on the sample nail and she asked for something else, he gave her a attitude and refused to change the color and made her sit through the process anyways. The wait can be a little long here. But I think that is due to the beautiful work they do! My daughter got her nails done for school and they look beautiful! They definitely take their time, an clean like crazy!
