I'm not one to complain about services like this but I had made a reservation at 2pm, got there on time and still waited an hour to be seated. It took 3 whole hours for my mom and I to get pedicures. My mom sat with her feet soaking in water for 2 whole hours before someone came to start on her. I know language barriers are common at nail salons but we could not understand what the owner was saying. I have a hard time speaking up for myself but I know what I want when it comes to something I will be getting. I was being very specific but the owner was not listening. My mom and I tried politely using a translator so she could fully understand and she got really offended. Do not come here! Unless you want to be over charged. I had an appointment at 530pm right after work, I asked for feet and eyebrows. I left at 804pm...and got charged $90. So the next day I called and my mom asked them why they changed me so much, they say I did acrylic on my big toe and that's extra. I don't like acrylic on my nails. I only got a gel french tip and got my eyebrows done. I would understand if I did my nails and feet to be 90 but my eyebrows and feet thats a little too much.

what i wanted vs what i got… sat in a chair for 3 hours for this and got told it would be fast.. 2 other people were in there complaining about the service the entire time! i had to repeat myself to the nail lady multiple times and she kept picking up calls while doing a set on me and my sister at the same time!!! horrible horrible place and waste of my money i’m embarrassed by them!

Got pedicure, water was cold. They drained it put hot water in, it was so hot it burned my feet. Lady tore off entire top layer of one of my toe nails almost down to the nail bed. Clipped them so short they were bleeding. On top of that she clipped them all jagged. The gel polish looks like a toddler was learning to paint nails. They reused the toe separators without cleaning them. The salon wasnt the cleanest. My toes are still sore and guessing they will hurt for days. Luckily nails do grow back. We will not be back.

We Made a 5 pm appointment for pedicures. Arrived early and all the chairs were full and no one was close to being finished. We were told 10 minutes, 10 minutes later we were told 10 minutes 10 minutes later we were told 10 minutes. So after that complete waste of time we left. No point in having an appointment. Don’t waste your time.
