I had no complaints about the service or paint job until I looked at my nails today and saw that they had turned orange? There's some parts where you can see the original pink but this is not the color I wanted. My mom was extremely unhappy with her experience as a whole, she went to get her acrylic nails removed for work and the man ripped them off of her fingers while she was actively telling him and expressing how painful it was and only after he ripped her natural nail did he soak a single nail off.

My first time here, i asked for acrylic toes. I wanted white frenchies with brown cow print. They didn't disappoint😍 i love them. I don't know the name of the person who did them. But it was a young man. And he did amazing. He was so kind too.

Ken did an amazing job. I always come here and go to who is available. Everyone is great but Ken was personable and knew exactly what I wanted. He took his time and shaped my nails to perfection. It's hard to find a nail tech that doesn't make your nails look bulky and he made them exactly how I wanted without me having to tell him. This is my "me" time & I always love every minute of it here.

Hello, REALLY dissatisfied with my experience at this salon, my manicurist was extremely rough on my fingers and they have been relentlessy sore and some skin around my nail bed is wounded. He also, used his finger nail, a jagged and long nail that looked like it hand been washed in weeks, to push in my cuticles and surrounding skin. It was gross, and certainly unsanitary. The nails came out fine, but the treatment of the natural nail bed and surrounding skin during filing and prep was painful and careless. Dont come here unless you want this kind of service. I was super jealous of the lady in front of me, who seemed to be getting her nails done by a normal manicurist...

I would like to thank you for fixing the horrible mistake that was made by Elegant nails. When I asked for a full set of gel nails I did not expect to get a simple manicure with a gel over lay as in the first picture. Your nail tech did a beautiful job and took great care on not causing extra pain when removing the gel. She did exactly what I wanted and you will get all my return business. I was getting my nails done for my sons wedding and you all saved me by getting me in the same day thank you all
