Diamond Nails McKinney

My go to place for pedicures since I’ve moved to McKinney! Most recent visit was 1/31/26 Usually I call ahead, but able to be seen right away. They always do a good job of cleaning/trimming my nails up, and reasonably priced! Will definitely be back for more pedicures & great service

I had the privilege of visiting Diamond Nails today for the first time and met the incredibly kind-hearted nail technician, Ha. She was sweet, thorough, and detailed. She took her time, and I never felt rushed. She is extremely talented, as evident in the stunning Disney design she created on her own nails. Although Diamond Nails may not be as modern as some of the newer salons, its cleanliness and warm atmosphere make it a gem. Everyone, including Ha, welcomes you with open arms. Great service! My nail tech did amazing! Also came in with a group of friends and they were able to see us all as soon as we walked through the door with no appointment

Dana was amazing and fast. I was offered refreshments and felt super relaxed. I love the fact that they open at 9am! Absolutely love love love this nail salon!

Very bad customer service. When I told the manager Julie about the change in the nail color which I picked and what I have got done is different. She not ready to listen to my issues instead telling about I need to pay extra dollar and the worst of all she is pointing out to other customer in their shop and asking me to talk to them. Told Julie, I paid the amount to you and not your customer and nothing there for me to talk to your customer! Such an bad customer service, will never go back to their shop and will not recommend to anyone, if you are reading this be aware they have the faded sample so be careful of you money and go to good nail salon! I choose different the lighter yellow color but what I have got is different yellow color ! Better not to stop here!
