Diamond Nails

Very kind and helpful! The gentlemen removed some very difficult liquid gel that I had done at another salon and worked very carefully to both remove the gel fully and also keep my actual nail intact. The shop felt personal and not too hectic, and it seemed like the two customers who came in while I was there were regulars who had a relationship with the owners, always a great sign.

I stepped back in time yesterday. Wait, scratch that. I stepped into the future. In this future people were kind and considerate in this future I saw people doing what they loved. I saw such care and concern for customers. I saw such joy and acceptance in both customers and service. I saw community. Edit to response: I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn't particularly upset at first. However, considering that there was only one other person in the salon besides me for quite a while, it didn’t seem like she was in a rush—unless she's just someone who tends to rush in general, which I can understand. My main concern was with the quality of the manicure. Original response: I recently visited Diamond Nails Salon in Downingtown, and while the prices are certainly affordable, the quality of work left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it's a case of "you get what you pay for." The experience started on a rough note when the technician accidentally ran over my toe with her cart. She did apologize, but it felt more like she was doing it because she was being reprimanded by the man

I was in and out within a little over an hour. They were so sweet and did a really good job on my nails without rushing. I love the color too! I got a refill with gel polish and it cost $40 which I didn’t think was too bad.

The couple was very nice, so I hate to leave a negative review. However I got a basic mani pedi and it took like two hours. And my cuticles are a mess, and they didn’t paint my entire nail. The price was fine. The lady was on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. Won’t return and don’t recommend
