Diamond Nails And Spa

First time going here and it was horrible i wanted a full set and pedicure i got a 55 pedicure that basically waa a massage. my toes were not filed or cleaned around the sides and i just got white it was horrible i was rushed to pick something for my nails and i was the only person in there at the time so i got shorties with coffin shape and white tips and they are horrible i mean the acrylic is everywhere and thick i was rushing when they were done. I didn’t really look until i made it to the food court but this is by far the worse place i ever been and the price is extremely higher l, I can pay but i want quality work and for almost 200$ this was definitely not worth it at all not to mention a few of them are crooked smh.

I usually go to Nail Trix and see Leslie for my eyebrow wax and tint, but she wasn’t available this time. I saw recommendations on Facebook to try Diamond Nails and ask for the lady in stilettos, so that’s what I did. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The lady barely waxed my brows — she mostly used a razor — and then had another person do the tint afterward. I was told to leave the tint on for a few hours, which was strange because I’ve been getting my brows tinted for years and have never been told that. I figured maybe they used a different product, so I followed the instructions. After about three hours, I gently wiped the tint with a damp cloth, and it completely came off — nothing stayed at all. The lady arched my eye brows super thin after I asked her to just clean them up. Than I got my feet done, they kept trying to push me to get gel polish after I told them 3x I wanted regular polish. When the man did my feet he used the thing that keep your toes separated and than put it back in the draw, to me that is very unsanitary. Not to mention the man that was doing my toes coughed in his hands and I had to ask him to wash his hands before continuing the service, you would think he would know to do that out of respect but nope. He didn’t. & he had an attitude after I asked him to wash his hands. I still tipped because I understand that’s how they make their money, you think he said thank you? Nope. I’ve been going here for my eye brows for the past 7-8 years and she’s always done good

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! I paid 65 dollars for them to basically paint my real nails. I went for a fill in but they filed all the acrylic off and put polish on them and left old polish on them. They filed my nails til they bled and thinned out. They did my nails over and over and I'm still not satisfied. I went in with perfectly healthy nails and left with thin frail nails. Oh and my thumb is crooked.

I got a full set (gel nails) with gel polish and design. I was very happy with the results. Jenny did a great job and she was really nice. I enjoyed talking to her. Shop is very clean and inviting. I will definitely be going there from now on.
