Tori did an amazing job with my facial today. We talked about my skin routine and goals prior to the treatment and she provided me with written recommendations after it. I am new to the area and I did my research looking for a new place close to home, glad I found Diamond Lash and Spa 😊 as Tori seems to genuinely care about helping me understand my skin and help me with a targeted routine.

Tori is amazing!!!! Every time i’ve gone for any services - she has always been so compassionate to my needs, very educational in explaining her process, and always has me leaving feeling pampered. She is exceptional and I highly recommend her to everyone!!

Just moved to the area and googled brow threading. Diamond Lash came up. I decided to make an appointment. Tori didn’t disappoint! By far, the best and most relaxing professional threading job ever! She took her time and made me feel so comfortable. My brows look fantastic! I had a great conversation with Tori and Danielle before I left. They made me feel like an old friend. I have been going to DLL since 2019. I came to Tori after a previous un licensed “lash artist” was destroying my lashes. Tori saved my natural lashes (stayed late just for Me when she didn’t have too) and has been giving me beautiful lashes since. What I love about Tori is she is not only a talented lash artist but she actually cares about your natural lashes and giving you the best service possible. She is extremely honest about the best choice for your lashes and will never lash you just to get another service in. I have also received facials and Brazilian waxes with Tori, she is so talented ! 💖

Tori is literally the lash goddess! Being this was my first experience with lashes, She took the time to answer any and all questions I had, and guided me through the last process- on lash types, expectations, etc. There has never been a time that Tori had not given me a honest answer, or had explained something to where I wasn’t sure or left questioning her response. Tori is approachable, knowledgeable, and is always reassuring that her clients are fully educated on everything lashes. Tori is always on top of making clients are comfortable in the studio, which is another bonus of DLL. The studio is always clean and neat, and the other staff members are always super pleasant! I highly recommend Tori & the staff at Diamond Lash Lounge 💓
