Diamond Girl Beauty Supply

I noticed I left the house without my earrings and I ran into Diamond Girl beauty supply hoping they carried the gold hoops I always use. This was my first time stopping by and I was so surprised with all the products they carried including the gold hoops I love. The store is well organized and clean with a really large variety of items, the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back to purchase more beauty supplies. Thank you for your help!

Horrible business, Tariq the Manager or owner is not a man of his word. Before buying the product I told him I would only buy it if we could return it because it was a gift. He said due to the holiday spirit he would return it if the person I bought it for didn't like it. Not even 5h later I came back to return the item and he said no return policy he would only exchange the item. WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSSINESS. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO HOLD YOUR WORD DON'T TRICK PEOPLE INTO SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. WHAT A SCAM.

We are aware of the posted company policy but the manager mentioned he would allow a refund due to holidays/ gift circumstances. 5 hours after purchase we attempted to return the unopened item and Tariq the manager mentioned exchanges only all of a sudden. Tariq the manager has no integrity and fails to understand business ethics/ customer retention. Not worth promoting a local business like this.

Grand opening today and had lots of fun with going through the isles. Prices are reasonable lived that the had Rio Hair giving away products too

it's okay it's in the good neighborhood but i mean but it's right off of the main highway on 159th across the street from Walgreens and they have cameras on the property there's also a tattoo shop food shops and also a nail salon so it's the place I hang out for a couple hours a day on when I'm there to get all my high maintenance done and great prices No ATM inside of the hair and beauty store
