Took my sister to this place since I had a niece that went to this place and got her straightened, and it looked great. My sister went in almost 3 hours later, passed closing time, and she was done and looked upset because first, she asked to put heat protector on her hair, and the stylist said it wasn't needed. We live so close barely 7 minutes away, and by the time we got home, her hair was puffed up. She was very upset, and we needed to get it straightened all over again. I feel that if the stylist isn't familiar with all types of hair or experienced in straightening hair, then it should be stated and not just attempt to go for it and then rush because it got late. If you don't already know the stylist who is working with you please don't waste your money there the price is not worth it

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!!!! took my daughter to get her hair done and the lady didn’t bother adding hair spray at all!!! Didn’t even add heat protectant when blowing her hair, which should be the BARE MINIMUM a hairstylist can provide. This was 20 minutes after we left and the curls were all dissolved. I had to redo her hair myself. Save your money, DO NOT bother going to this place.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Didn’t get what I asked and I specifically asked for someone to do my hair. Instead 3 other lady’s were doing it and rotating. please don’t waste your time and save your money. I wish I would have known sooner.

I love the owner, she’s really good at what she does and makes you feel welcome. The salon is spacious and has plenty of workers always.

didnt give what i asked for, customer service is super bad, they dont know english , turned my hair a different color, dont take credit cards. do NOT waste your time coming here.
