This is hands down one of the BEST beauty supply stores in Hampton Roads! The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. They have an amazing rewards system and give out non-expiring Diamond Bucks that you can use toward your purchases (which I love). I can literally come in here and find everything — lash clusters, clothes, press-ons, and so much more. I will forever support Diamond Beauty! Thank you guys 💓
