Di Hao Foot Massage

I have had nothing but great service at DI HAO Foot Massage... I do not believe the bad reviews. The workers are all professional, caring and kind. I have NEVER been asked for a tip. The prices are reasonable enough which allows me to tip, and I feel it shows appreciation towards the worker. I found DI HAO when a massage therapist at Russian Medical Massage left my back in spasms... I've noticed alot of massage therapists are not giving good service lately, but they're getting paid $150 through auto insurance. I called this location and it was a lady on the phone driving that didn't even work there. She was incredibly rude and distracted. She had like 4 phones ringing and she was answering other phone calls over me. She was yelling at me that she didn't understand English. She said "you go, or don't go". I made an appointment and then when I arrived they said they were busy. I called back and they said go back. So I WENT BACK, then they had a massage for one hour, after they demanded for a 50$ tip. I walked in with lower back pain and left with lower back pain. Save yourself the hassle, do not go!

Great prices, no frills environment. My massage was very effective, definitely more on the medical side. Not a spa-like experience and the beds could be a bit more comfortable, but gets the job done and can't beat the value. Everyone was very professional and best of all no obligatory chit-chat! They are very intuitive of what areas on the body need work and adjust their approach. I'll be back!

First time there and massage was great! However , when it came to pay, I paid full amount with a card and we had cash.. she said "you're gonna get charged $4 for using the card so bring cash next time" .. umm ok? Then she asked no tip? I said yes we have cash. Mind you, we didn't have to but we did. She just stared at the money and basically was like "that's it? $10 dollar tip for each." Passive aggressively. So we just said thank you and left. Like I said AMAZING service but that was crazy... I don't think I'll be going again.
