D'Hair To Be Different

I had a very disappointing experience with Nina. I came in specifically asking for a wolf cut, which is an alternative style, but there was little to no conversation about what I actually wanted before she started cutting. When I tried to ask if she had done a wolf cut before and talk through the style, there was a clear language barrier. My questions didn’t really get answered and it felt like what I was saying was mostly ignored, which made me uncomfortable moving forward with the cut. I had also paid for the upgraded scalp treatment. She did wash my hair, but the hair underneath at the nape of my neck was completely missed. Absolutely amazing! It was a last minute decision to come in and on top of that it was later than most salons are open. I was so grateful they were able to get me in. I have very long hair and they were able to color it and give me the gut that I was looking for. Nina and Jaylan were absolutely amazing and super kind! They gave a complimentary drink and we just had such a fun time laughing and chatting. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone!

My mom got her root touchup here and let me just say Shayla did such a good job! She used the best products and gave us so much advice about our hair health. The front desk girl was so helpful too and sold us great products. We are satisfied and will be coming back. Definitely recommend Shayla to anyone booking!

The pedicure chairs here are absolutely horrible. I should not have to use two pillows to prop myself up. My lower back and bottom should not hurt when expected to sit for a lengthly time. They leak on the floor. The tile is cracked, probably creating mold underneath. The tiles are uneven and I’ve stumbled before. The tubs don’t feel clean. Not a comfortable experience.

Came here on Friday 11/08/24 🥳 Marcy 🥳 🎉 was whom fully bleached my entire head/hair! She was very patient, polite, overall professional with her work! Thé supervisor-herself completely understood my desires! Heard me out; of my last-sad experience,elsewhere... also used thé bleached product-I asked for! My Goodness, they went far and beyond 🫶We were all on the same page of thé outcome(1st time full head bleached), for which I am very pleased with! The process began 10am & out by 5pm closing time-all worth it! I have so much-very strong thick hair 😊 In my experience with them! I came out Super Happy/Satisfied! A whole New Person! Highly recommended 👌
