This salon has been a longtime favorite of the wifey and still one of the few places in Northern California, where you can reliably find Japanese hair straightening. A true 💎 per wifey -(biased since this her other hometown lolol) She's been coming here since before COVID, and while there are fewer Japanese stylists now compared to back then, wifey is still satisfied with the quality. For anyone in the NorCal, searching for thermal reconditioning or Japanese hair straightening, this place is one of the reliable options you’ll want to keep on your list.

Takurosan far exceeded my expectations. He understood what I wanted very well and I was surprised at the extent to which he understood what I wanted. I brought a ball point pen, paper, and photo, and drew what I wanted. He understood even without that much but it helped I think. I think this is a really good place and I hope they can continue to stay here a long time. Thank you.

I showed the picture to the stylist and explained the style I was hoping for, but the result was very different. I even showed the picture again after the cut, and it still wasn't close to what I wanted! The stylist did ask how I usually style my hair at home, and I told him I just use blow dry. However, he didn't take into account my natural waves based on his years of experience and expertise which means without using a straightener at home, my hair ends up frizzy and uncontrollable. Updates: Although the hairstyle didn't turn out as I had hoped, the salon showed GREAT sincerity by caring about customer feedback and reaching out to offer a solution!

I'm very satisfied with the services my sister-in-law and I received. While the results were amazing, I am most pleased with the care Miss Aya showed her as it eased her nerves. While she was nervous about her first haircut, she left with a big smile on her face. Mr. Takuro provided me with an excellent haircut and got my hair to the perfect shade of platinum without making my hair feel super damaged. I came in with a botched haircut from a different salon, and he did a great job transforming it into something I could be happy with. I will be sure to make this my new regular salon.

I made an appointment with Nana last year on 12/28/2024 to schedule a digital perm with Nana. My appointment is today (2/28/2025) 11am. And it was cancelled last minute due to water damage. Before the appointment, I got a tons of confirmation emails and reminders asked me to confirm I want to keep my appointment. And they said they can only reschedule to after mid of April because it may take a month to fix the water damage, and the hair stylist will be on vacation. I take today off just for this appointment. I feel really bad because I am so looking forward to this. The worst thing is it was cancelled just 40 minutes before the appointment. If water damage is that bad, you should at least let me know earlier so I can do something else. Now it just wasted my whole morning and ruins my d
