DG Nails Passion and Color

I want to start by saying that this nail tech responded in a good time when I reached out on short notice. She was kind and was able to get my mother in the next day to do her nails. I was happy she was able to help my mom on such short notice. Her home has a very nice nail room and she seemed to do great work . Everything was good until I noticed she was doing a regular gel set and it was suppose to be an acrylic overlay with a gel French after. I then mention hey are we not doing the over lay to which she says she forgot . No big deal she was so nice I did not make a big deal about it . Once she was finished I looked at my mothers hands and notice it was pretty messy as fair as the polish goes and i said can that be removed ? And she said it will come off once she washes her hands , aga
