Disappointing class, staff/owner, facility and overall environment. Not worth your time or money
I have worked out here a few times in the past to learn TRX, but recently started working one on one with Denise to get ready for golf season. Denise really understands the mind, body and how everything is connected. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent. Lori has a stellar yoga class. Her classes are accessible regardless of your ability. She brings humor and positivity to her classes. Highly recommend.
Whether you are here for a fitness class or a message, Denise is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I really enjoy coming here and Denise makes you feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough.
