I came here with my daughter on a Sunday to get our hair braided. She got knotless braids, and I got box braids. From the moment we walked in, the energy felt off—like they didn’t really want to braid anyone’s hair. The work was rushed, and I was extremely unhappy with my results. My hair was braided into very large parts with small amounts of hair added. It wasn’t full at all and honestly looked like a bad wig. The braids were different sizes, the parts in the front looked uneven and messy, and I’m pretty sure the hot water damaged my ends. I paid $240, which is way too much for the quality of work I received. My daughter’s hair looked better, and I paid $200 for hers (which I already knew), but after the service they asked me to pay extra for hair. My husband had just walked in, and I

I received a kinky twist install and was very pleased with the service. The spirit in the shop is what sold me. I was in my chair at the scheduled time and everyone had a positive vibe. I have been to braid shops where all the workers appeared mad. There are hundreds of Braider’s in our area but atmosphere and the culture of the shops is the #1 factor to many women.
