1/15/2026 Now I went to get a haircut (to fix the work of another master), and they cut it for me, now my hair doesn't stick out much, now it just lies in a wave. But the master told me that everything is fine and smooth. Back at the salon, I said that the hairstyle was uneven, but the master stood her ground and asked me to pay extra for her time and haircut. The haircut took 30 minutes, the washing and drying took 10 minutes, and 25 minutes of talking and assuring me that everything was fine. Now I need to grow my hair out. I have repeatedly pointed out the irregularities and waves, but the master refused to correct them. I'm definitely not going back to this salon for a haircut. I have officially found my go-to salon! Not only has my hair become healthier with every session, but the results are always stellar. I went from dark brown to blonde, and the entire process was seamless thanks to my stylist, Sean. He is truly talented and always delivers beyond expectations. Every time I walk into the salon, it feels like visiting my second family. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the owner, JB, is absolutely wonderful.

Emilee did amazing! I have super long and super thick hair, I’m naturally a brunette but have gotten my hair highlighted for years but I had about 6 months of roots and a ton of dark underneath and I got a full highlight and she did a great job! She evened out all the dark underneath and it looks so pretty. I also appreciate that they quoted me a price before I came and then during our consultation, she asked for my budget or an amount I needed to stay under which I really appreciated, I felt it was very clear beforehand what I would end up paying which was nice. She was also really fast at applying the foils. I was so impressed with her and already have my next appointment booked.

Worst experience of my life. I was quoted 200-250 but was told she couldn’t imagine it being more than 200. I put $200 on my budget (this is already way more than I pay with my regular girl) and I had longer hair. I told her I wanted the whole head lightened and the roots brought up. She said she was gonna leave some pieces and I again said I wanted the whole thing like I previously had done. I then got confused at what she was saying but I had showed a picture on my phone and we seemed to be on the same page. Midway through I was told that it was going to be a bit more and asked if I wanted to continue… I had half my head with bleach?? What do I say no and walk out like that?? At the end I went to pay and with the lowest tip I could add my total was $420!!!!! This is not okay or reasonabl
