Detail Nails

I am so dissapointed in my service today. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, and I’ve been coming to this place for so long and am usually happy with the customer service. Everyone is usually sweet, kind, and charasmatic. I was treated horribly tonight. From the moment I sat down on the nail chair I felt like the nail tech was trying to take the easiest way and fastest way out. I repeatedly told him I wanted acrylic natural nail overlay but he kept saying I should just do my regular nails. After 5 times of telling him what I wanted he was finally out of options and proceeded to do what I asked. With great obstacles I sat in that chair and felt rushed the whole time. Everything I asked for was an issue and even after me being kind and patient toward him and his attitude he continued to snar

Very good service and do not rush you at all. They let you take your time in picking your color and are delicate with your pedicure , and very kind people. Out of all places on. Mineral spring this is the best one!! They serviced my parents and sister and myself , will come next time with whole family.

I have hyperthyroidism, my nails are thin and I have to have them covered. Too many places are ruff on the nails and make my hands hurt. No more , I found a nail salon called Detail Nails in North Providence RI. I have a gentle soul to do my nails. Thank you Sam. He goes into details with nails so they match the person's hand and he takes his time. No rushing.. The ladies are nice also. A great team at Detail Nails. Thank again.

I got them done on friday and it’s wensday and my nail is coming off on my finger, and when i got my toes done it’s chipping of all ready, the nail of my pinky is longer then the other one, i had to put nail glue of my nail to try to keep it on, also as you can tell it’s bumpy

The customer service was great! This was the first time coming to this place and they did such a great job! The water for the pedicure was a little bit cold though. The overall attention to detail was great. I would definitely recommend this place! The price is definitely way better compared to mostly nail salons and very high-quality job =)
