I’m so unhappy with the service I received. The first time I spoke up was because the lady made the white line too thick. It took up 40% of my nail. Then she took off what she had done and redid my nails from the start. She ended up using some sort of red / dusty rose and even brown depending on the lighting. This base color that makes my toes look horrible. I paid 75 for the pedicure and tipped 15 just because she had to start over. I don’t notice the color until I went outside.

Ok folks... I have been on the DL on social but I am back... my wife is super picky with her mani/pedis... the place gets 5+... I was here years ago and took my wife today... they fed us some great Vietnamese food and treated us like family. Great atmosphere and everyone was have conversations with each other from customers and staff.. family atmosphere and great service... they did a fantastic job on my wife... happy spouse-happy house. Today... Happy Valentines Day to my beautiful wife Rosielyn... I love you and you look smokin hot tonight... 🔥

Having Loan as my technician is so amazing. She personally cares for her client,, talented (freehand arts) and most of all, very knowledgeable of her profession. Will continue to request her on all of my visits.

I am so upset with the experience here, I was wondering why it was so dead inside, but now I realize why. The customer service was so poor. I was cutting all they said was sorry I asked for a Band-Aid and they didn’t have any Band-Aids so I just had to take the pain because she still continue to do my nails after I included the inspiration pictures versus what I got, which is nothing like the picture and they didn’t offer to give me a discount for the inconvenience or offer to redo them they said sorry.
