Super nice staff, super clean and LOVE the new hybrid bed.

I called to cancel my membership and the lady over the phone told me that I could freeze my account instead and I wouldn’t be charged so I said ok. She also asked the reason why I was wanting to cancel etc… I never returned because I thought my account was “froze” and I looked at my bank statement and they charged me for two months even though my account was frozen. I had not been there in over two months. I went up there to speak with someone and they stated I should have came up to the salon to freeze/cancel my account and that it could not be done over the phone. I then explained to them I would have came in to cancel if I was informed of this. I literally work right down the road. I asked them to refund my account and they never did. The lady was on the phone with her manager and state

Terrible tanning place. Worst tanning place I have ever been to. I paid for one month an even tho I didn't have a contract they charged me for another month an I have proof of both payments. Designer tan took my money an I have a receipt an bank statement for proof that i paid. They won't let me tan or give me a refund. The staff is very unprofessional. If I had the choice I wouldn't have even paid another month. Beds have cat hair an durt inside glass. Save yourself the stress an go to Q-Tan! They are wonderful.

This is the 3rd time I've come during BUSINESS hours for no one to be there. No sign saying unexpected closing or delayed opening nor is there a working phone to call and ask what's going on. Not a happy customer and may be moving my business somewhere else. This isn't acceptable!!

Super dirty. Can always feel grime when I lie in bed from the previous person. Staff rude. I have platinum membership and whenever I go to use mystic tan, never have colors, nor barrier cream, or hair nets. I purchased a bottle lotion, after was told it had beads, I didn’t want. So asked to return it as soon as I bout. Paid $90 and finally after calling every day for 5 days I got confirmation would be credited back. When I was credited back it wasn’t even full amount. Pretty sure the bulbs are all past expiration time. Place sucks. Macon needs a new tanning salon.
