Designer Nails

I've been to Designer Nails several times now since I've moved to the area. I've given my business to Cindy and always walk out of there 50/50 with being happy. Most of the time I have to shape my nails when I get home because they are too thick or crooked. I've had issues with Cindy all the time I've seen her. Sometimes she's nice but most of the time she is super irritated. She doesn't listen to what the customer is asking for and she's created little "mini scenes" before but speaks in her native tongue, which you can clearly tell she's sitting their taking about the person she's doing the nails on. Today I came in around 4:10 and still gave my business to Cindy. Why, because I'm not always unhappy with the qualify of her work. Mind you, she is in the service industry and I'm paying for

The photos in the car were after my session, the photos in the restroom was one week later. Very disappointed in this facility. I did tell and show the lady that did my nails I was not happy at all, and she did offer to redo them, however she stated my cuticles were too dry and she could file them more but it would make my finger bleed... "Umm no ma'am, I did not come to you bleeding and don't want to leave bleeding." So I never returned. I have always had the same cuticles, I wash dishes and my hands all the time, so naturally my hands are dry, however this is not my first time getting my nails done and they have never looked like this.

Been going to this place for years. They always do a great job and are really friendly! Their SNS and acrylic nails last forever. I had one set on for 4 and a half months with only fill ins. Only took them off to give my nails a breather. They do great pedicures too! Love Designer Nails! Going to miss them when I move!

I used to go to this salon years ago, but I switched over to one of the newer salons. I was never 100% satisfied with my nails at the newer salon and the final straw for me was when I asked for lavender chrome and they gave me silver shimmer and argued with me about how to do the technique. I came back to designer and they fixed it and totally nailed what I was asking for. The ladies are very talented and can give you exactly what you want! I’m so glad I decided to make the change back to designer nails!
