I normally prefer to support local businesses and rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Designed Images Hair Salon in St. Louis was so poor that I feel obligated to share it as a caution to others. What should have been a simple salon visit turned into one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The stylist who worked on my hair made little effort to listen to my requests or understand what I wanted. Instead of creating a collaborative and professional environment, she dismissed my input, rushed through the process, and behaved as though providing service to me was a burden. Antoinette is AMAZING! I went in for a consultation first with the desire to have 2 different colors in my hair. She took her time and helped me pick out specific shades of red that went well together. She also quoted me a very fair price for all I wanted to get done! Flash forward a week later, and it's time for me! Antoinette was so kind and professional! Everything about the experience was AMAZING and I've never so good about my hair! 10/10 highly recommend!!
