We recently worked with Design X on a custom reception desk for our City Hall, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From start to finish, the communication with the team was outstanding—they were responsive, detail-oriented, and made sure every aspect of the design met our needs. The final product was beautifully crafted and arrived exactly as envisioned. Every detail matched perfectly with our space, and the quality of the craftsmanship was truly impressive. It’s clear that care and skill went into every inch of the build. Despite the distance—shipped all the way from Connecticut to California—the desk arrived in perfect condition and on time. I flew to Connecticut last year to meet with Jennifer and see where Design X was, really I could of done it all thru email and zoom, except it was delightful to meet Jennifer! These guys are outstanding, they are up to date on trends, colors, textiles, professional and on time! I highly recommend using them for everything you need for your Salon & Spa. Finally we have a dream Salon after 16 years, wish we had known about Design X years ago.

This was my 3rd time working with Design X over 10 years, the team was amazing as always. The furniture is high quality and they’ve perfected it. They continue to be very supportive years in as needed. From design to delivery, always quick to respond and help. I’d highly recommend Design X.

Jennifer’s design for our space was poorly thought out, and the equipment she recommended didn’t fit our salon properly. The custom pieces they built were disappointing, with each one falling short in terms of both functionality and appearance. We regret choosing Design X and wouldn’t recommend their services.
