Design Nails

I got a set of screwed nails at another salon and I needed them fixed ASAP for my graduation. This couple managed to squeeze me in at the end of the same day I called just to make that happen. When I got there everything went smooth and we were joking around a bit. Not only did they take their time to make sure that everything was fixed but that I loved it too. I couldn’t be more happy and grateful that they took me in at such last minute and fixed my nails. I will definitely be going back

Not that impressed. I was ready to leave before I even sar in the chair. Owner came over and scolded me for opening the nail polish bottles so I could check out the color. Lady left not even halfway before starting to pay the meter, but came back with food. Owner tried to charge me $30 for an acrylic FILL and gel polish. After asking him why so much when my friend got the same thing but a FULL SET for $32, he told me it's more for the length I have & $3 for a cut down. (My nails looked almost the same length from when I walked in & if I knew I was going to be charged $3 for that, I would have had them actually cut down). When it came closer to the time to pay, I was told if I was a returning customer it would only be $25. He then gave me a $3 discount & a $2 for paying cash. Still have to

This is the first time here and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and very helpful when I was being indecisive about nail colors. They explained to me acrylic nails and I got them for the first time and love them! They stayed open late to finish my nails and were wonderful. Thank you so much!

Shittiest experience ever. They were so nice to my friends an extremely rude to me. They just did whatever they wanted with my nails and we're picking on me at the same time.. I suggest you go to lucky nails right down the street. It has way better quality prices and the people are wonderful. This guy at design nails is extremely rude.

I go here often. Not regularly but often. Sometimes they are crazy busy but i wait it out. Getting my nails done arent a necessity for me but a luxury. So i wait my turn. They always remember me here and they take a little time to chat and interact with me and it feels very personal. So i spend my money here even though each time i come isnt perfect i still feel good about soending my dollar here. So thanks Guys!
