Truly amazing experience for individuals with autism and their families. My son Alex is autistic, and haircuts have always been a challenge for him—until today. We visited Desert Valley Barber Shop, and I can’t say enough good things about the care and attention he received. David was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful of Alex’s needs. He took his time, gave him space, and constantly checked in to make sure Alex felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. That level of empathy and understanding made all the difference. Just had a fantastic experience at Desert Valley Barbershop! My son got a haircut today, and he absolutely loves it. David was friendly and really listened to what we wanted. David's service was excellent! My son has never cut his hair since birth so we had walked into Desert Valley Barber as it was referred by a friend. I have noted to David that I would like to take a moment to be the one to as his mother to cut my son's hair. David was understanding and patient with the time I had to take. I am appreciative of the respect in space that was needed. We are happy with our results and be seeing them soon again!!
