Desert Sun Tanning Salons

In preparation for a trip to the Atlantic ocean, I decided to prep my skin for The sun exposure I’m going to experience. The person behind the counter at Desert Sun sold me a tanning package and asked me if I would prefer to buy goggles to protect my eyes or use the stickers she offered me free of charge. I chose to use the stickers to protect my eyes. When I went in for my fourth session, I asked the girl behind the counter for two eye stickers and she informed me they would cost me $1. I explained that at my previous sessions, they were given to me and wanted to know who gave them to me. I told her I didn’t know because it was a different person each time. I explained that I had no cash on me (didn’t even have my purse) so if she refused me stickers, I’d have to go in with no eye protect

My experience at Desert Sun was great! Erin was very helpful in explaining all of the options available for the tanning packages. She was delightful, professional, and through! It was busy when I arrived and she handled the all of the customers with grace and a focus on customer service. The Salon was comfortable and clean with a inviting decor. I would highly recommend Desert Sun!

This was my first time ever being in a tanning salon I was very nervous and worried of turning orange, but she reassured me and walked me through the whole process. She started me off with the shade she thought was best, and said I could always go darker if I’d like. She was very helpful, and I’m very happy with my results. Will definitely keep coming back, and the staff is great! Thank you!

Izzy has great costumer service and is a wonderful employee, she did a great job when it came to expanding my knowledge on their products and sales. She’s also very great at making the people coming in feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone because of how great Izzy is.

I came in about a week ago for a spray tan and the booth glitched out and shut off halfway thru the tan. The staff then moved me into the other booth, which also must have been broken because no solution came out, it was only air. Broken spray booths must be a reoccurring problem as they (or one) is always down when I visit. When I walked out to ask the staff for a refund for the half done spray tan they were nowhere to be found so I left. The cleanliness of the salon is also awful. The bathroom was horrendous, and whenever I stop in to use the beds there are always streaks left behind on them and the floors are so dirty I have to keep my socks or shoes on.
