Andy did a great job shaping my nails but the manager there is so rude. She charged me $5 for removing the gel off of three toes with their grinding tool and I suggested they let me know next time in a very calm respectful, tone. She rolled her eyes at me like a teenager. Super rude when we go to the nail salon to relax. Bummer because I live right down the street and would have liked to have a decent nail salon near by, but will not be returning. Told her she should be nicer to her customers. Also their tools are not sanitary and not any cheaper like people are saying. they also acted annoyed with me that I wanted regular polish and not gel which is supposedly only $5 more. Just moved to Surprise & was looking for my new nail place. I went here on a whim as a walk in & only waited 5 mins. They had Red Ferrari so I did a full set gel tapered square & basic pedicure with regular polish. Love how they came out! Super affordable, polite techs & great quality of work. Also appreciated the fresh tools used for my pedicure. Highly recommend Mimi & Andy! Will be back for sure to my new neighborhood shop

I've gone to many of the Nail salons in the Surprise area looking for quality service for both pedicures and eyebrow waxing. This salon is my favorite and the best in my opinion! The team is very friendly and diligently works to provide quality service. I appreciate the privacy they give me, as most times I come in to relax and listen to my audiobooks or catch up on my phone. The TV nor music was blaring, like some shops. Today was my first time getting the $60 Luxury Pedicure and the multiple leg/feet massages, salt scrubs, lotion massage was amazing and totally worth it! I am just returning from a trip with 8 - 10 miles of walking a day, and this exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a kneading back massage the whole time because of the massage chair. I have been going here for 6 years and getting a gel pedicure and gel manicure every month. I am super picky especially about my toes. Ask for V if you get gel on your nature nails. She is THE BEST hands down. You can tell she is a perfectionist as well. I moved to Texas and I cannot find someone as amazing as she was. She just makes my gel polish look absolutely perfect and that says a lot.

Love this place. They are always friendly and I can typically walk in with no wait. Did a great job on the Halloween nails that I wanted. Can’t wait to go back.
