I love this place.. Desert Med Aesthetics is my new go to. Dr Dorian’s Cosgrove did my Botox today and all I can say is wow.! Pretty much painless. The team players there are absolutely the sweetest. I’ve known Becky for years and she was extremely helpful and helping get my appointment arranged in the most professional way.. Everyone else there were extremely helpful and accommodating. I will be back and thank you again.

Dr Cosgrove has been immeasurably helpful with my Bell's Palsy condition in stopping the twitching and in making my face look over all much younger and balanced. I look better with Dr Cosgrove and Bell's Palsy than I would have without the Bell's Palsy and without her assistance. Not only this, but she is an absolute angel.
