Derm Lab is a horrible organization. Even though my insurance covers a claim, they refuse to take down the correct information and stop billing me. My insurance company has contacted them numerous times, and I have as well. They take the information and say it's straightened out, but I keep receiving bills. They are extremely rude when I call. I've been struggling over a $150 bill since March, and it's nearly September. They make gross errors and then chew you out for calling them. I think they just think you'll eventually get tired of wasting time and pay the darned bill. Horrible, awful, terrible, crooked and rude! Stay far away from this one.
DermLab is the best in the business. I wouldn't trust many others to deliver the services and professionalism that they provide.
