First time here and I just had my massage Delma was amazing. I told her I had lower back pain, and she really focused on it and released all the tension. The atmosphere is beautiful and so relaxing. A must-visit if you want to truly unwind!

We were visiting Miami and visited this spa for a couples Swedish massage. I highly recommend them to anyone! It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She was very thorough and found area of tightness and worked them out. It was so relaxing. My husband says the same. If I’m ever in Miami again I will definitely be coming back!!! Highly recommend 😊

An incredible experience at Dermanova Spa I went with my husband for a couples massage to celebrate his birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff was super friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. The massage was absolutely amazing, you can tell they really know what they’re doing. We left feeling completely renewed and already looking forward to coming back. I’m writing to share feedback regarding my husband’s recent visit to your spa, which I booked as a special birthday gift. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the level of service we expected, especially considering the $199 package. Here are the specific concerns from his visit: 1. The massage therapist did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate needs or preferences. 2. There was no consultation to ask what areas to focus on or avoid during the massage. 3. During the facial, there was no explanation of what to expect. The machine used was loud and sounded as though it was not functioning properly. 4. We are from out of town, here in Miami for vacation. We booked the 60 min couple massage, a hydra-peel facial and reflexology. The place is clean, staff very warm and pleasant. The massage tho, boy—it was too harsh. It being our first couple massage experience we were unsure of what to expect. Knew to advocate and I did— but I must admit, in my befuddlement, I may waited 10 min too long, and damage was done. Everywhere else afterwards felt great but she went in on my shoulder blades for too long and too strong prior to me saying something. So much so that I actually discovered a black and blue bruise the next day.
