Derby Nail Bar

This is literally my favorite place. Michelle and her staff are amazing. They are so kind and always want to make sure you get exactly what you want. I won't go anywhere else and absolutely love their work! This is a hidden gem in Derby.

Everyone here is wonderful! Britt does my nails but everyone will help get you started if there running late so you're not left sitting around waiting like other salons! Michelle is amazing (she did my nails once) and everyone is super friendly! You can't go wrong with this salon for you nail needs!

First time at Derby Nail Bar and I loved it! I brought in a picture and they were up front about not being able to do blood splatter due to not doing airbrush work but she offered the blood drip design instead and it came out great! Sally was my nail tech and I will definitely be making future appointments with her!

The first time I went here.. it was great my nails looked fantastic although I did have 2 people doing my nails back and forth, they came out great. The second time I went… well as from the pictures you can tell how it went. The lady sanded my natural nails down so low they are breaking from the tiniest bit of movement and she left a huge indent from how much she sanded them. Then she cut my cuticles… I could excuse a minor cut if it was by accident but she literally cut every one of my fingers. My index finger got so swollen I could barely move my finger. Thanks to some anti fungal and Neosporin it luckily healed. Today I took my nails off bc they were falling off one by one, when I took my pinky finger acrylic nail off… my natural nail is brown. Looks to me like I have a fungal infection

The people there were rude and rushed. The girl who did my nails cut me with the drill and then to add on I had a nail fall off the day after I got them done. I then had another one fall off just a few days later. I paid $55 for these nails just for them to fall off. Then when I asked to get them fixed they still expected me to pay.
