First impression from my visit today was 10/10. Brooklyn was quick to acknowledge my arrival. During my wax I had the pleasure to meet Tae, she was sweet and overall made me feel at ease as she was performing my wax. Very informative and kind. I will be booking my future wax appointments at this location with Tae! If you’re looking for a location that makes you feel comfortable, this is the place. Brooklyn and Tae both did a great job making the environment foster the true meaning behind “girls girls’”.

I've been seeing Ashley for over a year now, and I can confidently say her service is unmatched. She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes you feel completely at ease. I’ve recommended several friends to her and will continue to do so—she’s just that amazing!

Came here on a whim and was pleased! Ashely did a great job with my Brazilian and was informative on things I could do at home as far as maintenance. I’d come back. Sb: the wax they use is sooo gentle when pulled! I almost thought there was still hair, but nope. Everything gone.

Tae was awesome!! I was so nervous with this being my first wax in almost 3 years however, she made me feel very comfortable & the wax was essentially painless! Needless to say, I will definitely be going back & booking with her!! I also have to mention the girl at the front desk (I forgot her name😩) She was super friendly and made my short wait time worth it. I’m sure I talked to both of their heads off 😅😂

Ashley is always amazing. Second time here and 100% happy with Ashley… but the front desk girl, she needs to take customer service courses or be trained on how to treat a client, the first time I went no one mentioned to me about the 4 min late policy. The second time I was late and over the phone she mentioned for the first time but she never explained to me if I arrived after the 4min mark they will not pass me and I had to wait 10min for the other person to see if she will show up or not. I told her that in those minutes that she made me wait, Ashley could get my service done, so far this front desk needs a huge training on how to handle customers and the waiting time. I called 3 times to book the appointment and she was not nice over the phone either.
