Jameeya was amazing and very professional, this was my very first Brazilian wax and she definitely made it worth it. Pain scale 1-10 for me was a 5 which surprised me. Her trainer Bekkah was also very friendly and made the process easy as well. Definitely will be back next month to see you again Jameeya.

I’m new here in Dallas and am looking for my new wax home & came across Depil. I was super excited! I booked an appointment for 7:15pm. Arrived at 7pm. When I arrived, the host mentioned I was 15 minutes late to which I responded “no, you rebooked me for the same time today” (the day prior I was late to my appointment which was totally my fault- which I explained to that same host who rebooked me she asked if I wanted an early appt today which I explained I couldn’t just in case meetings ran over-Cool. We agreed “same time next day”). She began to try to explain her manager reached out and rebooked me for 6:45pm which at 7pm would make me late. I was a regular client at this wax studio and even purchased a membership package during one of their promotions. I still have 10+ sessions left, but unfortunately I will not be returning. After I started coming here regularly, I began experiencing skin issues that I had never had before — including developing warts in treated areas. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they assured me that everything was clean and sterile, the problems continued. I later consulted my doctor, who explained that issues like this can sometimes be linked to sanitation practices or product contamination that may introduce bacteria or viruses to the skin.
