Depew NAILS & SPA

I was at the salon on 2/20 with my 2 granddaughters. We each had a manicure and pedicure, one of them had a gel polish the other acrylics and I had regular polish. The staff was very nice and took their time. The girls were happy with their nails but both my thumbs smudged before we left so the man who did mine fixed them .But when I got home one thumb and my index finger smudged, now it is 2/23 , 3 days later and the polish has chipped off all of my nails.I spent a lot of money there and I am very disappointed and will NOT go back !!!!!! Another interesting note is that there is a bar with wine, beer and pop but they never asked if we would like anything. When I asked one of the women she said drink and laughed .

It was my first time going there because I heard they're awesome. I received a gift card so I went and had gel nails done for Christmas. The gentleman did an awesome job and I got many compliments on my nails. I left very happy. I went this afternoon with my daughter because I just wanted to get the gel taken off. The man doing it seemed nice but when I said I only want the gel removed it seemed like he was in sort of a rush. He worked quickly. I got my skin nicked and then when he was done he said go wash your hands and I was done. I asked that's it? And he said yes. I thought maybe put cuticle oil on or something but nothing. Maybe they were upset because I didn't want anything else done? Not sure but not sure if I'll be back.

I am new to Buffalo and needed a new nail shop to go to. When I called , I was greeted and my questions were answered. When I walked in, I was greeted and treated with respect. The people there are very friendly. I love the way that Tina did my pedicure. I will definitely book her again! As far as my nails, I wanted an ombre pink / peach color. The nail tech was struggling ,but I still have him a fair chance. I then decided that I'd just get a peach , French manicure. He did a decent job. There is always room for growth ,but I more than likely won't book him again. Overall, I had a good experience. Thank you guys!

I've been going here for years and always have amazing service done until just recently when i went to get my gels taken off and the woman seemed like she was in a massive rush. She didn't even get all of the color off my nails and her scraping my nails with the file hurt so much. Then she said something and I asked her to repeat herself and next thing I knew she was cutting my nails, I didn't ask for that but I'm assuming maybe that's what she was trying to ask me. I left super disappointed in how the service was! Not sure if I'll go back.

⭐ 1 Star I’ve given this salon three chances, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. My first visit was for a pedicure, and it was pretty average—not great, not terrible. On my second visit, I had my eyebrows done, and it was a really uncomfortable experience. The technician not only messed up the shape of my brows, but also made several inappropriate comments about my purse and my car, implying I must have a lot of money. It felt intrusive and unprofessional. I decided to give it one more try and went back for a dipped manicure with tips. This last visit was by far the worst. The nails turned out extremely uneven and looked really, really weird—almost distorted. The application was thick, lumpy, and uncomfortable to wear.
