Hands down one of the best and most affordable barbers I've been too. Fast, easy, and reliable.
This is the first place I had my hair cut when I moved to East Ridge TN. 23 years ago. I've been in and out many times over the years and enjoyed the visit every time. There's always a news paper to read if you have to wait but usually you can join in too good conversation. Never had a haircut I was dissatisfied with. It's been a while since my last visit and it wouldn't hurt if I dropped in soon.
Great haircut and great conversation. Billy has a great gift for both. Don't miss this local barber shop right next to Fernandos.
My daddy loved gettin his hair and beard cit and would only come to billy great conversation just sit around take it slow and easy shoot the shit and get a hair cut Billy is great
