Dentistry At University

My first time visit here was nothing but awesome all around and the front desk lady was really nice and patient. Also the hygienist and the Dental Assistant were awesome as well and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Process went smooth and was not there for hours. Happy first time patient !!! definitely would recommend 😊

It was a Spanish guy who took my pulled my teeth yesterday. He did not Numb in my mouth the first time he had Numb My mouth a second time and put the needle in there. It really hurt it. I was in pain. He left a hole in my mouth didn’t do anything to it. The medicine that he prescribed me was not strong so I had to walk around with a major headache all day in my mouth and pain. I do not like his work at all. I don’t know this man I don’t know why you feel like he had to put me through that I really don’t think he know what he’s doing. He need to retake his test to be a dentist whatever you wanna call him

My special-needs son was transferring from a kids dentist to an adult dentist. This place was awesome and made him so comfortable. The doctor and the person that cleaned his teeth were both amazing. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you All again for making us feel comfortable and not making it feel like our first time there. Bless you all.

Big shout-out to The Dentist At UNV! They made me feel right at home. I was running a little late, called to let them know, and they were super nice about it. Huge thanks to my Dr., Tia, Andrea, and Juan for the amazing customer service 🙌. The place is super clean, organized, and really friendly. I didn’t wait long, and the doctor broke everything down in detail. My treatment plan had the prices listed, and they even explained the insurance approval time. They also set up my future appointments, and I really liked that they didn’t try to push stuff I didn’t need. This is how customer service should be! If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the spot. Super detailed, professional, and just good vibes all around. The people are genuinely friendly and just nice!

Just went for my cleaning. Worst cleaning I’ve ever gotten. Dr was good at getting all the plaque all off. Had good conversation. He said his assistant was going to come in and do my polish. She came in and only did the front teeth ! Then told me I was all done. I said what about allllll the back teeth ? Top and bottom. She didn’t quite understand me bc she only spoke Spanish, which is okay ! No problem at all. Then she just kind of looked at me so I repeated myself. Told me okay and leaned me back down in the chair and did the rest of my teeth. She didn’t really want to touch my lips to move them out of the way to fully get each tooth so they got half cleaned. She wasn’t wearing any eye protection or anything and the polish paste was flying around everywhere. It got everywhere on my glass
