Dental Specialty Center of Cape Coral

I came here for a second opinion and left questioning the honesty and professionalism of this office. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, yet when I arrived I was told Dr. Schneider wasn’t even in the office. I waited nearly 50 minutes, not because he was busy with patients, but because he arrived late. Before any X-rays were taken, I specifically asked about the cost of the panoramic X-ray (pano) since I know what my insurance covers. I was told multiple times in person and later over the phone that there would be no charge and not to worry about it. After the visit, I reviewed my insurance claim and saw that the pano was billed anyway. My son had his 4 Wisdom teeth removed at Dental Specialty Center of Cape Coral and the pleasant environment with superb service. Dr. Schneider has been phenomenal. His skills is simply staggering and my son could not have been in better hands. He did an exceptional job, extremely personable and very gentle. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My child was referred for a consultation and we were able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks. The office environment was clean and very welcoming. Dulce assisted us with scheduling and the check in process and was wonderful!

Took my 17-year-old in to get all for her wisdom teeth taken out and they did an awesome job. Very compassionate. They took their time to ease her mind because she was so anxious. Highly recommend this dentist's office

I came here for a second opinion after I had a negligent surgeon in fort myers let an infection eat almost my entire jawbone. Dr. Schneider saved my life and my jaw bone. The girls upfront were amazing. They squeezed me in immediately after explaining the situation I had gone thru. Dr. Schneider put me in for an emergency surgery the next morning. He took amazing care of me he even called me that night from his cell phone to check on me. The girls in the office and Dr. Schneider called several times to check on me after my surgery. I have to say I’ve never had more amazing care from an oral surgeon ever. I will recommend them to anyone I know.
