These were pulled out of the sanitation baggy like this. The dentist tried to tell me this was normal stating that the sanitation machines cause this to happen. I said this is rust and crust and that she would not be putting any of these tools in my mouth. She then pulled out another rusty set for me to exam. I walked out. When medical tools start to deteriorate in this fashion and with this amount of crust on them, it’s time to replace. These look like the medical tools they use in Cuba. I told all this to the office manager. I was told my recommendations would be considered. Absolute filth. You wouldn’t perform surgery with tools like this - so why would you perform dental exams with them?

its always a pleasant experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The coordinators makes the entire scheduling process easy. Took the time to explain and answer questions. The dentist (Dr.Chiu) is personable and professional. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and well organized, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail from the entire team. I had the BEST experience with a procedure today. It has definitely been an excellent first experience. The oral surgeon is amazing, very well mannered and made me feel comfortable as well as his assistant. I am truly impressed, especially since I had abandoned my dental health due to very bad experiences. I would totally recommend.

She explains EVERYTHING and breaks it down if you're unsure. The doctors and staff are very warm and friendly too. 🧡
