Chloe was amazing. This was my first time there and I had a great experience. Design was on point!

I got a gel x set un January for a wedding and it was so poorly done I had paint chip the literal next day while on the plane then more chipping every day following. After 1 week both of my thumb nails completely snapped off while doing normal vacuuming. The set damaged the integrity of my literal nails as the tech Tammy filed my nails down so thin during prep she actually burned my nail beds. It is MARCH and my natural nails are still brittle and snapping off at my finger tips sometimes tearing skin as they go trying to grow out the natural nail this place destroyed. I paid over $100 with a generous tip. I actually didn't want to make this review, but after this long with my nails in such bad shape I'm afraid to get them done again I really had to say something. I came here for nails and a spa pedi, and it was such a great experience! The staff are very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Chloe and Nee are the best—they take their time and do an amazing job with my services. They’re funny, caring, and really make you feel comfortable. Thank you so much for taking good care of me! If you’re looking for a place to pamper yourself, Demure is the spot to go.

Edit: I wanna add that i didn't have a wait when I got there. I did not have any nails on 0rior to my appointment besides both thumb nails, one of which had to be removed. I should not have to specify i have an appointment afterwards, as almost 2 full hours to get a BASIC full set is totally unacceptable. I decided to not return to get my nails fixed due to the extremely long process I endured to just get a set. I have very little expectations on a return visit So forwarding to all the other potential clients, specify how much time you have. Otherwise a basic full set will take 2hrs Sitting here, just over an hour and 15 minutes from start and im STILL getting a full set. No color even applied yet. I have never had this long of a set. My nails are way to long but I dont have time to get
