Deluxe Nails & Spa

My first time at Deluxe Nails and spa. I just have to say place was very welcoming and all were sweet and accommodating. They really work as a team. Cindy did my pedicure and was so gentle. While Ann did my builder gel with sugar glass polish with fairy cat eye on top. They came out beautiful! I would definitely recommend this nail salon! I will be coming back! Although I highly recommend Ann and Cindy (I’m biased) all of the employees did an amazing job on each of their clients.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while, but after this visit, I will not be returning. The customer service was terrible, the pricing was unreasonable, and the attitudes from the ladies doing my nails were very unprofessional. I spent almost two hours there because they kept messing up my nail design. I was patient and understanding the entire time, even though it was taking much longer than expected. Instead of appreciating my patience, one of the ladies had the nerve to yell at me about the price of my nails. Being spoken to in that tone, especially after they wasted so much of my time fixing their own mistakes, was completely unacceptable. Tami did a great job on my pedicure. Friendly. She did nice massage. She was gentle for me as my skin and feet are sensitive and that is important to me.

I’ve been meaning to try this place, so today I did. What attracted me was it looked clean. After looking at their reviews, decided to give them a try. Well I should’ve read further pasted the first 5 reviews. The only nice thing about this place is that it looks new and very clean. I was a walk in, they weren’t that busy Sunday 11:30 am, they only were working on 2 clients and 1 was at drying table, so they took me in. I need to remove my gel polish and get regular manicure. I felt rushed, I was done in 35 minutes, that included drying time. $30 + 5 tip. Was not worth it. The so called massage was just applying lotion on each hand and that’s it. No part of this was relaxing or enjoyable experience. She had to remove polish twice because she didn’t buff nail bed but after I had to point it

We wandered into Deluxe nails since it is close to our place and were delighted to discover it under new management. The new owner, Ann, is a familiar face to those of us in the Conjeo Valley, and she's bringing her particular brand of great service and excellent amenities to Deluee Nails. The location is refreshed and looks great; the staff are excellent and friendly, and the location could not be more convenient. We love it here and have become regulars!
