Deluxe Nails - Nail Salon Mashpee

Once is all I needed to rule this place out. My nails look simply awful (photo taken just 1.5 hours after I left the salon). Not to mention that the guy that did my nails is as rude as can be. Also, I had made an appointment and they still made me wait for 25 minutes (on a Tuesday afternoon in the fall). No, thanks!

I booked for a pink French pedicure. Do these look pink at all to you? The woman put the lightest coat of pink over it after she already did the French rather than before like I’m used to which left it looking blotchy and she didn’t even ask me how thick or thin or even what shape I wanted my French or tell me when I was all set or anything I was sitting there looking around for what to do next in the chair before I asked if my toes were done. I paid for a pink and white French pedicure , these are not any color pink I’m familiar with. I didn’t bother tipping I was so irritated I just wasted my lunch break I felt like telling her take it off.

30 min /$50 pedicure, old polish still visible, and the new polish doesn’t cover the nail. No callous removal, zero time shaping the nails. Will need to go somewhere else to fix them unfortunately and spend another $50.

I’ve never left a review anywhere but if I could give negative stars I would. Made an apt for 1, was not busy at all but they were on the phone the whole time and told me to sit? An old woman went to check out and they asked to keep her card number because the pos wasn’t working, super weird vibes. I finally sat for my apt at 1:30, flies were swarming and he took an call on speaker, turns out they only have short gel x even though I was super clear that I wanted medium/long. size when making the apt. The best part is he had already filed my nails down with the wrong drill so now it looks like I ran them through a wood chipper. Girl RUN PLEASE. the cape is not known for nails but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Dissatisfied and way over priced. I had Raw sand paper nails on all sides and caked on acrylic under my nails my kid got a Halloween decorations but it looked nothing like the image he picked. To top that off they charged me $180 for a fill and painted nail art on my kids nails. Had to get them fixed the next day because my nails would get caught on fabrics because they didn't polish the rough sanding. We both went to Hollywood nails in Sandwich they got us all fixed up for $35 a fraction of a price compared. In the imaged with yellow nails are Delux nails and Plus my kids nails. The image with Green nails are the fixed product from Hollywood nails... Don't waste your money!!!
