Deluxe Nails

Whoever the owner is, I'm guessing that's the one who did my nails. My nails look like they were done at home. I got them done yesterday and they look overgrown, messy, THEY'RE PAINFUL, there's glue under the bottom of my nail. With the few times I've been to nail salons, this being my first time here, I've never had any of this happen to me. The owner was also rude, and rushed me out of the door essentially, when they weren't even busy?? Mind you when I get home, I find out my nails aren't even fully cured and I had to cure them myself. Never going here again willingly. Only reaoowe came here was because the place we normally go to were busy. This one guy did an awesome job on my mom's nails, just beware of the owner. If you have the same issues, go get them fixed at Regal or Pro nails

Tom did this to my daughter in laws nails and this is what she came home with so lucky I wasn't there with them this is unacceptable I have went in multiple times with my daughters Kevin and John were their nail techs and have done great jobs I will not be coming back here and maybe they need to explain to their employees how unacceptable this is and to charge someone for making them bleed is a big no 🙂‍↔️

Pedicure was great and I enjoyed the experience pretty well. Nails were a slightly different story. Not completely satisfied. Didn't get what I asked for and was sat with 3 different ppl that actually worked on them.

John and Tom are the only two techs that do a good job on your nails. The owner lady is rude. I came in and asked for a soak off for an acrylic set. She started cutting and ripping them off with a nail tip, I told her it was hurting me and asked for a soak off. She told me she had to do it this way because it looked like builder gel and mentioned it was from another another salon. I told her it was actually acrylic powder, but she continued. She treated me and my nails terribly. I will not be returning.

Self care day, pedi was heavenly Ryan does amazing pedicures. Back into my nail era the nail tech did great. Im happy with my time at the salon.
